It's not easy being greasy. Do I have oily skin? Dry? Combination?

Am I a greaser?  I mean, I think I'm a pretty clean person.  And at times, my skin feels dry and tight.  But then again, sometimes I feel like the Exxon Valdez has just dumped it's load directly onto my face pores.  Do I have dry skin?  Oily skin?  How do I even know?
